Ask a new question. I'm transferring all my files to my new mobile via OneDrive and nor won't let me download folders. I can download files no problem but it doesn't show me the option for folders. You missed the boat. If it were possible to download a folder as a ZIP, nobody would be complaining. This is a bug, a regression. Folders and multi-file downloads are broken broken broken.
